THE BEST TV OUT THERE!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did our homework and looked at allot of reviews. In the end the one that stood out more than any of the others was the LG OLED 77inch C5. For years our media room seemed as if the TV just wasn't the right size. We had a 65 inch in the room but it just didn't have the picture quality or the right size for that room. The LG OLED 77 inch filled the room perfectly not just the size but the picture quality is unbelievable. What do I love about the LG OLED AI C5... Great picture quality! The black levels are incredible it gives perfect contrast that makes dark scenes pop. Colors are accurate and look great. It has a wide range of colors. We looked at allot of TVS but none came close to the LG OLED 77 inch C5. HDR performance is amazing and so is the AI . The other reason we went with the LG OLED was for the gaming aspect. It has four HDMI 2.1 ports, supports 4k gaming and has a 144hz refresh rate. The webOS has a great feel to it. We like how the remote is like using a mouse on screen and best of all it's user friendly. If your looking for a great OLED TV, look no further this is the one to get.... you'll be glad you did!! Thanks LG for another great product!
LG C5 77"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent 4k picture quality and black levels. I was a bit hesitant to go with an OLED in this location due to higher room brightness. It turned out to not be an issue probably in part due to the higher brightness of the C5 over prior versions. I have another 65" LG OLED that is 6 plus years old and still in excellent condition, so I don't have concerns on longevity.
Beautiful TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG OLED77C5PUA to replace a smaller LED set, and the difference is immediately obvious. The 77-inch OLED panel delivers incredible contrast, with deep blacks and vibrant colors that make movies and sports look truly cinematic. HDR content is bright with excellent detail in both shadows and highlights, and motion handling has been very smooth for fast-paced games and live sports. The TV's design is clean and minimal, with thin bezels that help it disappear into the wall. Overall, the OLED77C5PUA is a fantastic centerpiece for a living room home theater, combining top-tier picture quality with strong gaming features and a sleek design.
Streaming - gleaming - WOW!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG makes the screens for several vendors and they really have a terrific process and as a legacy branded industrial engineering firm, they build systems that both perform and dazzle. This 77 has it all. The image quality is fabulous, crisp and there remotes are responsive. We replaced the 65" B processor with the 77 C processor and it is a nice step up, but the B still commands watching sports or movies, the 65 is in the smaller den. I watch the usual through ROKU boxes, subscribe to YOUtubeTV and the major premium channels and have great image quality but not as good as BlueRay DVD but i only have 1 DVD because I gave them away for convenience...99% of what I watch is streamed and this gives you great image quality and sound, too...i have yet to want to bring my Paradigm system with the big Yamaha amplifier up to connect it to this 77 because it is good enough....and for concerts we wear the headsets through the ROKU or the LG blue tooth....great combo, I have grown to rely on LG.
Excellent TV with great blacks and superb design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of those TVs that immediately feels premium without trying too hard. The design is sleek and minima. The screen is full of rich color, movies and games have that extra bit of pop. And of course, it delivers those classic OLED deep blacks which are clean and free of any black-spot weirdness. C5 is a fantastic choice if you want a TV that looks great, performs even better, and feels like an upgrade the moment you turn it on.
The King of Contrast Returns
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is simply one of the best-looking TVs you can buy in 2025. It delivers perfect blacks and infinite contrast that make HDR content absolutely pop. Shadows are inky deep, bright highlights explode off the screen without blooming, and every scene—from moody noir films to sun-drenched nature documentaries—looks stunningly lifelike. Colors are rich yet natural, motion handling remains buttery smooth for sports and gaming, and the improved peak brightness over last year's C4 means it holds its own even in moderately bright rooms. Viewing angles are predictably flawless, so the picture stays impeccable no matter where you sit. If you want a massive 77-inch screen that makes movies and games feel cinematic, the LG C5 is hard to beat. Contrast and picture quality are reference-level—everything else is just a bonus.
Great vivid picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressed with my new C5 77 inch oled. My first OLED and it is really vivid. Coming from a pioneer plasma, I was afraid the experience would not be as good…I was wrong. The set up and controls are also pretty straight forward, with easy to understand progressive prompts. The blue light reduction is a nice add which I quickly employed. Made an immediate difference. Nice job LG…you have a winner in the C5. Highly recommend.
Absolutely Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the 65" LG C1 OLED for about 5 years and have been really happy with it, so I honestly didn't think a new TV could impress me that much more. I finally decided to upgrade to the 77" C5 after seeing all the positive reviews—and I was stunned the moment I turned it on. The picture quality is just on another level: the blacks are inky, colors are rich without looking cartoonish, and the extra brightness really makes HDR movies and shows pop. The larger 77" size is incredibly immersive, especially for movies and sports, but it still feels sharp and detailed, not stretched. Motion handling is smooth, which has been great for both fast-paced action and gaming. The smart TV interface is snappy and easy to use, apps load quickly, and all the usual streaming services run flawlessly. Gaming on this thing is a dream—low input lag, great response, and everything just looks so clean and vibrant. Overall, I already loved my C1, but the C5 feels like a true step up in every way. If you're on the fence about upgrading, especially from an older OLED, I can genuinely say I absolutely love this TV and have zero regrets.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – LG OLED 77” C5 Review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG OLED 77" C5 is nothing short of stunning. The picture quality is the first thing that grabs you—perfect blacks, incredible contrast, and vibrant colors that make everything from movies to sports look unbelievably lifelike. The new OLED panel feels brighter than previous models, which really helps in rooms with more ambient light. Gaming on this TV is next-level. With super-fast response times, low input lag, and full HDMI 2.1 support, it makes the PS5 and Xbox Series X feel smoother and more immersive. The built-in gaming dashboard is a nice touch too. The design is sleek and modern, and even at 77”, it feels surprisingly thin. WebOS has gotten cleaner and faster, making apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Dolby Vision content easy to access without lag. The sound is decent for a thin TV, but pairing it with a soundbar or home theater system really brings out its full potential. Overall, the LG OLED C5 is one of the best TVs you can buy right now—perfect for movies, gaming, and everyday viewing. If you're upgrading to a large screen and want the best image quality in its class, this one is absolutely worth it.
Great Movie & gaming experience! Worth the upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving my LG C5 77-inch OLED. The picture is incredibly vibrant, blacks are deep, and it looks stunning for movies and sports. Gaming is smooth with zero lag. Setup was straightforward—just had to tweak a couple of menu settings. Sound's good but I use a soundbar for the full experience. Overall, it's a fantastic upgrade—totally worth it if you want serious picture quality and a big-screen feel.
