You would think a company would make it as easy as possible to purchase and acquire your item. Instead you jump through multiple hoops, many of which are in place to try and get you to forfeit your warranty. Product 4/5 company 2/5.

Packed with cutting-edge features like seamless webOS and gaming perks. CPU feels lightning-fast so far, menus zip along smoothly. Haven't tested AI deep yet, but early vibes are promising. Sharp 4K upscaling, deep blacks, and immersive sound. Super happy—worth every penny! One caveat. I did purchase this TV during an LG promotion stating that if you left a review then you will receive a gift card back. However, I am now reading that many people are not being rewarded as they've ran out of redemption quantity. This would definitely be a changing factor and I am sure I wouldn't be the only disgruntled character since this was a big deciding factor on my purchase. A $300 "rebate" for a C5 and even a "$500" rebate for a G5 is a significant amount.

The LG C5 OLED 77″ hits an impressive sweet spot: premium OLED picture quality, serious gaming features, and general “all-use” flexibility. For the size and class, it offers tremendous value. If you're willing to invest a little in audio and manage your lighting, you'll likely be extremely pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 5 year old budget 65". What can I say? Wow. The 77" OLED looks amazing. So much thinner and sleeker than my old TV. Color and brightness is light years beyond what I had. Viewing from 11 feet away is perfect. Movies and shows feel immersive. Horror movie jump scares actually make me jump now. Motorcycle racing looks incredible. The C5 can handle the high speed action with ease. This new TV is also used for PS5 gaming and it looks amazing. Not even close to the LED. Games I previously played look and feel completely different. High refresh rate and the colors really change and enhance the gaming experience. WebOS is fine and user friendly. I'm not so sure about the remote yet. Overall, 10/10 would recommend this upgrade if you're coming from an older TV. OLED, this is the way.

I was just thinking about the increase in size but did not realize how impressive the picture would be. That is saying a lot because I didn't think it could get much better than the c2, but watching anything is like a new experience. So crisp and detailed, truly is eye candy! Most popular streamers are there by default and you can add many more with no trouble.

Having owned the C2, C3, and even the B5, we've consistently been impressed with LG's OLED picture quality, color accuracy, and overall reliability. The C5 takes everything we already loved and makes it even better with richer contrast, smoother motion, and a noticeably brighter, more vibrant panel. LG's user interface is fast and intuitive, and the build quality feels premium as always. After years of sticking with LG, we can confidently say their OLED lineup just keeps getting better, and the C5 is our favorite yet.
