This TV is great for watching movies, tv shows and online gaming. This is my second LG OLED TV and compared to my current LG OLED, which I have been using since 7 years, this one has enhance brightness and better performance. If you are looking for OLED TV which is not very expensive, but give similar features and picture quality, I highly recommend to go with this model.

The picture quality is absolutely gorgeous — deep, perfect blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast. Movies look cinematic, sports are smooth, and even older content benefits from the AI upscaling. This screen size in OLED really transforms the room into a home theater. Picture Quality The OLED evo panel is phenomenal. Dark scenes have incredible detail thanks to the perfect black levels, and bright highlights really pop. Dolby Vision content looks especially impressive. Even in a moderately bright room, the TV holds up well. Gaming Performance If you’re a gamer, this TV is a dream. With 120Hz (and support for higher VRR rates), super low input lag, and compatibility with G-Sync and FreeSync, games feel buttery smooth. My console and PC both look their absolute best on this screen. It’s one of the rare TVs where you immediately notice the difference in responsiveness. Smart Features webOS is clean, fast, and easy to navigate. Apps load quickly, and the personalized home screen is a nice touch. The AI features aren’t just marketing — the TV does a great job optimizing picture and sound on the fly. Sound For built-in speakers, the audio is surprisingly spacious. The AI Sound Pro creates a wider, more immersive soundstage than I expected, and Dolby Atmos support is a plus. That said, if you’re building a true home theater, pairing it with a good soundbar or surround system will push it to another level. Design & Build The TV is incredibly thin and looks premium on the wall. The stand works fine, but because of the size, I’d recommend wall-mounting if you can — it really completes the high-end look. Minor Drawbacks Not many. It isn’t the brightest TV on the market, so rooms with tons of direct sunlight may wash it out a bit. The Magic Remote’s pointer function takes some getting used to (you’ll either love it or hate it). And if you rely on DTS audio, just know it's not supported on this model. Picture is sharper, blacks are blacker, and color is more intense. Happy I went with the 77 inch since the larger screen size really makes a difference. Setup and connection to the internet was very simpleand I find the remote to be intuitive. I would recommend this LG TV.

After reading about the 2025 models, I finally decided to grab the 65” LG C5, and wow—I genuinely don’t know why I waited so long. The Brightness (It actually handles daylight!) This was my biggest worry, but the "Brightness Booster" on the C5 is legitimate. We watched a football game last Sunday at noon with the blinds halfway open, and the picture still popped. It’s significantly brighter than older OLEDs I’ve seen at friends' houses. When the sun goes down and you watch HDR content (like Dune or Mandalorian), it’s stunning. The blacks are perfect ink-dark, obviously, but those bright highlights—lasers, sunsets, reflections—are actually intense now. It doesn't just look good "for an OLED," it just looks incredible, period. Gaming Performance (Kid-Approved) While I use it for movies, the main reason we upgraded was for gaming, and this TV is an absolute cheat code. It has four full HDMI 2.1 ports, so we have both the PS5 and the gaming PC hooked up without fighting over ports. Running games at 144Hz is shockingly smooth; the difference in responsiveness is something you feel immediately in fast-paced shooters. The Game Optimizer dashboard is also super handy for quickly tweaking settings without digging through menus. The Real Test: My Son loves it My teenage son, who usually prefers playing on his high-refresh-rate gaming monitor in his room, has completely taken over the living room since we got this. He hooked up his PC to test it out and hasn't left. He plays a lot of competitive shooters (Valorant, Apex) and said the input lag is practically non-existent—he actually told me it feels "cracked" (which I assume means very good). We also played some co-op console games, and the colors and fluidity make everything feel next-gen again. Verdict If you were worried about brightness like I was, don't be. The C5 fixed that.
