I am a LG employee family member, and I purchased this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. I've been extremely impressed with the 55-inch LG OLED evo AI C6. The picture quality is simply outstanding—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible contrast make everything from movies to sports look stunning. The OLED technology really shines, especially in darker scenes where detail is often lost on other TVs. The AI-powered features are a nice touch as well. The upscaling works better than expected, making older content look sharper and more refined. The interface is fast and intuitive, and navigating apps like Netflix, YouTube, and others is seamless. Sound quality is also surprisingly good for a flat-panel TV, with clear dialogue and decent depth, though pairing it with a soundbar would take it to the next level. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the overall design is sleek and modern—it looks great in my living room. Overall, this TV delivers a premium viewing experience and feels like a solid investment for anyone who values top-tier picture quality and smart features. Highly recommended!

I love my new TV and I am finding my way around the different channels etc. However I am disappointed that the WiFi connection has failed. I have checked with EE and my hub and connection are fine. Mobile, computer and tablet working. Daughters have followed instructions but can't fix it. I will be glad when the engineer manages to mend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just purchased the OLED48C56LB tv to replace an old plasma tv and WOW! I wished we had done it ssoner. The colour balance and sound difference is tremendous. Watching programmes is soooo different, especially the nature programmes. Its like your there, whether in the jungle or swimming along a coral reef, the colours are outstanding. Combine that with the Dolby Atmos sound, its like being in the cinema in your own lounge. Plus its a "smart" tv with all the bells and whistles you would expect. I am so glad we purchased this tv. Well worth spending that bit more than the "cheaper" tv's.

My only disappointment is in the sound quality from the 20w speakers which lack depth/bass despite the various setting controls. Overall very pleased with this tv.

Went hole hog and purchased a new media wall, fitted backlighting and purchased the LG 5.1.1 channel Home Cinema Soundbar with Dolby Atmos and Rear Speakers US70TR very impressed with the products, would recommend.

The display was a tad murky at first and needed some tweaking with the picture settings to get it brighter. (Cinematic mode seems to work best.) We like the solid stand rather than spindly legs. The remote control needs some getting used to. We found it a bit finicky but other users may disagree. Compatibility between the tv and our Sky Q remote is not completely reliable. Sound from the internal speakers is ok, lacking in bass and certainly not cinematic but acceptable. It really cries out for a separate soundbar. Initial setup was reasonably easy.

I have been an early adopter to OLED tv's in fact this replaces a 2019 LG oled model that still is going strong with zero issues and looks and sounds amazing. For me the LG brand has stuck out and is the only brand I will consider when purchasing any TV's This TV has the wow factor it is the centre piece in our living room everyone passes comment on it. I have worked had and proud of my purchase. The TV is more than a possession it will help carve memories in the house and I am sure it will give me many years of amazing viewing. The whole process of picking the TV from reading other people's reviews and going to stores to fall in love with it is a whole purchasing experience in itself. Don't just take me word about it this TV is stunning in every way, read the reviews and if you are in the market for this premium product just go ahead and purchase it

LG 77 C5 purchased 1 Aug 25. Wall mount with LG mount. Both are just awesome.Picture is very adjustable to your liking. Sound is excellent for a TV - I didn't find a sound bar necessary. It took 2-3 days to educate myself on all the settings available on this TV. The remote cursor control requires a little practice. I learned to press/hold the bottom of the remote to a fixed object like my leg or a cushion then use it like a joystick- small steady movement translate to fine control of cursor on the screen. Only criticism is the voice feature.
