I like the color and paint job. It starts easily and holds a good quantity of fuel. Construction is German caliber excellent. Portability is good despite the weight.

Since I'm new with this product, I can not give you in-depth comments (purchased 8/31/19); however, it was great when it started and idled and then cruised, very smooth and not very noisy. Expect many years of performance with it. jfb

I bought this generator for backup power to deal with Hurricane Sandy. It was easy to assemble and I was able to get it up and running quickly. The electric start (Model 6500E) came in handy.

This generator ran perfectly and powered what we needed during our last ice storm. I have 1500 sq ft and we could run our water well, water heater and lights and receptacles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generic power systems portable generator. This generator came in handy. We used it for the bounce house we had a party. It worked amazing. The noise was a little loud but to bad.

I am 5'1 in height &100 pounds in weight female. The 6500 pull start was very easy to start. The very first time I fired it up the generator kicked over with ease. It was easy to set the throttle and the machine ran smoothly for hours.

The GP6500E is exactly as advertised. It is a well functioning unit and easy to use. I couldn't ask for a better generator for the price. Im especially pleased with the electric start which is a big benefit for us older folks.

I have owned this Generac Generator for approximately 6 months. I have not had to use it in an emergency situations as of yet. It does however start on the first pull every time I pull it out to place a load on it. So far so good!

Generator arrived quickly and needed basic assembly. I went from box to running generator in less than a half hour. All components are solidly overbuilt and well laid out. Am impressed with the quality and highly recommend the 6500E

Lost power for 7 days ran this unit 24 hours a day with no issues. It provided good stable power and ran 8 hours before a gas refill.. top quality product
