The box looked like it had been dropped or thrown around. All but 2 cans were badly dented, beyond being safe to use. The shipping box was fine, so this was done prior to it being packed to ship. I see now from other reviews that this is the norm, apparently. Now I have to wait to exchange it at Sam's, an hour away.

Unfortunately these are not available in our Sam's store so I had to order online. I ordered 3 cases and EVERY SINGLE CAN in the case was DENTED! If you can't ship the stuff and have it arrive undamaged.... stop selling online only and carry it in the stores!

The peas arrived today in a shipping box. The canned peas were in a separate box which was torn open at the end. The cans were dented and damaged. There was filler in the shipping box so it is not likely cans and box were damaged in transit. I suspect that the cans were damaged prior to packing and shipping. Now I have inconvenience of returning.

Two times in a row these peas have arrived damaged. The outer box was FINE, so they were not damaged in shipping. They were obviously put into the box already damaged, because the first time, the peas were one of four items, two of which were fine. The second (replacement) order, they were one of two items and the other one was undamaged. BOTH TIMES the inner box of peas had been CUT OPEN and was filled with damaged cans. Sam's should be ashamed to send out products like this! I ordered groceries online throughout the pandemic without issue, but lately products are shipped already damaged. Shame on you!

Cans arrived in torn open box and some cans were dented. How hard is it to wrap a product in bubble wrap or some type of protective covering when shipping. This can of peas arrived in a big box with several other heavy items. I am done with ordering online with Sam's as it depends on where your items are shipped from the condition they arrive in. This shipment came from North Carolina and I have had other damaged items shipped from this store and from a warehouse in Georgia. I can say that all of my shipments from Tampa FL have been shipped in excellent condition as they separate the boxes.
