I bought on New years eve and had it installed immediately. I love the size. If I was able to get the app to connect to my sauna I would give this 5 Stars. My husband and I use it multiple times a week the only thing is not being able to use the app. Delivery was excellent and the BYD team has contacted me throughout my journey honestly one of my best gifts to myself.

I do love the sauna! It looks amazing and was easy to assemble. My only issue is that the wifi will not connect even though th sauna is 10 feet from my router. The Bluetooth won’t stay connected either. The heater gets to target quickly and i am happy with this. My only issue is the connection issues with BT and wifi.

What a nice product. I purchased an outdoor kitchen, 2 carports, and a Paxton barrel sauna (still assembling) all from Backyard Discovery. Tried the outdoor kitchen first and liked it so much we just kept going. The installation instructions made it a cinch. Sealed with linseed oil and sauna oil which brought out the beautiful color.

I received this sauna as a Christmas gift and absolutely love it. I use it all the time. I usually set it to 180°F and it reaches about 140°F in roughly 15 minutes, then climbs to 180°F fairly quickly. It seems to connect more reliably through the phone app than the manual controller, which is the only reason I removed one star. Other than that, I’m extremely happy with it and really enjoying it.

A couple years ago, we purchased a sauna online in effort to help survive the long midwest winters. It seemed like a great idea but then it arrived. The roof did not properly sit on the walls, the heater took way too long to get hot, and then the door would let all the heat out anyway. Then we had to go through the hassle of returning the thing. Fast forward a couple of years and we began to be interested in trying to find a sauna again. We were recommended the Paxton by a couple we knew, and following an exhausting amount of research, we took the leap and purchased the Paxton. We have never been happier and will never look back. The sauna is ready in minutes and stays warm despite the sub zero temperatures that we have. I can turn the sauna on from my phone which means we only have to brave the short walk outside. The construction is high quality, sturdy, and is going strong despite near daily use. Our family is feeling healthier, happier, and now making the best of the winter with this sauna. We give it all the stars and then some!

As someone who researches everything before buying, I can confidently say this sauna stands out. The build feels premium, and you can tell they use better materials than most competitors. The thicker wood helps keep the heat consistent, and it definitely heats up faster than the last outdoor sauna I owned. It's been worth every penny.

I am very impressed with this sauna I did a lot of research on other brands and this one stood out in terms of price and the extras you get with in. Really love the roof and also the floor panel in the bottom. The quality of everything seems super nice. The directions were very easy to follow. It took me about one day at the most to build this. I am so excited to start using it! I’ll leave another review after a few uses

It does not get as hot as advertised. And the control panel doesn't always work nor does the Tuya app However I do love the sauna

I love my barrel, sauna it gets very hot and it is definitely a sanctuary tucked into the corner of my yard and when the weather warms up, I’m looking forward to beautifying the space around it with plants and some new furniture and outdoor rug

Excellent sauna! Everything what you need including the roof! Heats up very fast and very good quality! Installation took a while, but it has very nice instructions. Customer service is excellent! Absolutely do recommend this sauna!
