This is the 4th pair of Shokz I have had. They just keep getting better and better. These are the best yet. Very clear, powerfull sound, and the battery life is amazing. I forgot my case one day at work. Used them all evening, then the next day I checked and still had 50% battery left to go. If anyone just wants comfort, great sound, and clear calls all the time this is the ticket. Keep it up and I will buy more.

Both the ShokZ Open Run Pro 2 and the Open Fit Pro stay in place all day and eliminate the itchy ear canal problem the occurs with the in-ear iPods. I would give the ShokZ 5 stars if I could adjust the angle of the speakers to align more closely to the ear canal. The position they currently have necessitated increasing the volume significantly.

These are crazy high quality. The noise cancellation works way better than anticipated. I use these in a shared office for music, podcasts, and phone calls for about 8 hrs a day and they are head and shoulders above standard ear pods for comfort and sound quality.

Good morning, team. I will endeavor to provide honest and constructive feedback to help develop a superior product. The sound volume is somewhat low when noise cancellation is engaged, and in practice, background noise remains audible at the gym while the music volume is quite low. Additionally, the new attachment is excessively loose and detaches from the earbud with ease. Other than that, I have several of your products, and I love them all.

These are an amazing upgrade from the OpenFit 2 Plus. The sound quality is great (although I had no issues on that with the 2+) I have always had issues with ANC on headphones making me uncomfortable or giving me a headache. The Noise Reduction on these works great and doesn't make me uncomfortable at all. It takes "the edge off" off the surrounding sound while still being aware of what's going on around me. For me, it hits the sweet spot. These are slightly heavier than the 2+ but have a much nicer build quality. I can keep them in my ears for most of the day without any issues. I was worried about the size of the case as it looked a lot bigger than the previous case but it is only slightly bigger. It is thinner and it stays in my pockets better and doesn't fall out. It also allows for even more battery life. I use these multiple hours a day and only have to charge maybe once a week at most. For me the Dolby Atmos never sounded right on the 2+ but the experience is much better on these. There are still a few qualities of life features I would like such as auto pause when I talk but I have no doubt that I will eventually see that on these or a future model. I highly recommend these!

I absolutely love these headphones. The sound is amazing. I do not have to worry about them being stuck in my ears and hurting them. The bass is the best by far. I love the ability to have noise cancellation in them as well. This is the best investment for headphones that I have ever made.

I was excited to receive my new shocks Pro. I instantly started wearing them and they are very comfortable however, the volume is extremely low. It's so low that when I try to use them on a plane, I could barely hear the movie playing. I'm hoping that there's going to be a firmware update to address the situation.

For the record, these are my running/workout earbuds. Sure, they may not have the noise canceling or full range sound my Samsung pros have but they still sound excellent IMHO. I've always had problems with secure fits when running, especially after sweating, but these don't move and I forget I have them on after a while. Plus, they are safer to run with since I can still hear some of the world around me. Yet, they do provide a small level of noise canceling. So far, between Jabra, Sony, Samsung, and Beats, these are by far my favorite for work outs. Best combo of great sound and secure fit.

I've had my Openfit Pros for a couple of weeks now and they are exactly what I was hoping for. Excellent for making phone calls in my busy schedule, music on my bicycle on the way home and connects with multiple devices simultaneously and seamlessly. I love the open concept, keeps me in touch with the environment. I also love the flexible ergonomic fit, which makes them comfortable and secure. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews, and as a very picky individual, this one was worth it. I had been going back and forth for a while between three different noise-canceling headphones, and I'm so glad I finally chose these. One of the biggest reasons I wanted something different was because I hated having AirPods sitting inside my ears, especially when they kept falling out. These are so much more comfortable for me. The packaging is nice, and I love the magnetic earbud case because the earbuds snap right into place, so I do not have to worry about losing them. The app is also easy to use. I can quickly see the battery level for each earbud and the case, change the EQ modes, and connect to two devices at once. I have mine connected to both my iPhone and laptop, and they automatically connect depending on which device I'm using. My favorite feature is how easy it is to switch between hearing everything around me or using noise cancellation during work meetings. There is even more in the app, but you really have to try it for yourself. The headphones were a little tricky at first to put on and find the right position, but after a few uses, I figured out what worked best for me. The included bud cushions helped keep them in place, and wished they come with two extra pairs. Overall, these are exactly what I needed and truly the best investment I've made in headphones.
