The pockets are a fantastic size and even though these are Jammies, I need to put my insulin pump somewhere! I am 6’2 so I went with a large even though my waste is smaller.

They are the perfect pajama pants, especially in the cold. They do run a little large, but that is expected from fleece pants. 10/10.

They're tighter in that area than other brands and for that reason alone, they aren't very comfortable. Maybe they could stretch out over time, but who wants to wait for that? If your seat is a relatively flat, these are for you. If not, maybe go up a size?

If you are back in the Midwest or a cooler state, these would be perfect for you. However, for me out on the West coast, I won’t find myself using them too often. Comfortable fit, true to size, just wrong environment for me unfortunately.
