I absolutely love this product. I was able to use it at a friend's house and tried to steal it! LOL! truthfully, I would never do that to her but I was very jealous and has been trying to get one of my very own so now that Sam's Club has them I believe this will be my next big purchase. might have just about everything ninja has put out and when the food came out I'm on my fifth one because I used them so much that I blew up the first two. I've never been disappointed by any ninja product and if you're interested in a grill then I suspect this is the place you want to be! it also comes with two griddle inserts which makes life even better. please do your research because I did mine and I decided that this is definitely my next purchase. until then I'm always over at my girlfriend's house bugging her to death and using hers. I hope this helps you make the correct decision for you.

I never received through influenster but I was really good at convincing my family that we needed to get one. It was a fairly easy process to assemble so don't be intimidated. One of the features I love is the temperature control you get the benefit of cooking like you would if it wan an oven BUT it's grilled. Yes read that again!! This was pure genius.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited to have received this! With installation I had my husband from me. It definitely took an hour. We used the mobile app to help but there was some differences between the app and paper instructions. It had to do with the control panel, it was already put together but on the mobile instructions it was making it so that we needed to screw that part together. We chose to bypass the app and just finish off with the paper instructions. It was nice that they offered the app as well though. This grill uses propane but also needs to be plugged in because it has an electric component. So far with the grill we are liking the temperature control, and that it shows 2 or 3 burner to be used. The temperature has also been super consistent which allows the food to be cooked evenly. We've cooked chicken, hamburgers , and steaks so far with this multiple times. The steaks being my favorite because of the flavor it gave the meat. The seasoning was still on there and tasted so good! We do enjoy making pizza as a family so the fact that it has the option to do that, is awesome and we will definitely be utilizing that in the future. Another aspect to this grill is that it has pellets so you can fill up the box with those if you'd like. We have used them but felt it would be best if you want to smoke some meat that wouldn't take too long because it would burn through the pellets rather quickly. If you're solely looking for a smoker grill, I would think otherwise. This is a great grill that kind of does a little of everything! It also has the option to use as a griddle which is what my husband is stoked about, we just need to purchase the griddle attachment separately for it first. All in all we've really been enjoying having this grill in our back patio!

So far I've only done chicken wings but i can't wait to use it for more. It heats up quickly and cuts down on cooking time but still cooks evenly. Next time I'll try out the smoker to add a bit more flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First grill and I can say I love it from how easy the assembly was and the nice design and build quality it has setup was easy just the grill and building the base it's so easy to cook and use from the easyness of changing grilling modes and even turning on the woodsmoke with the flavor woodsmoke button on the grill even more things I like is the accessories u can also get like the flat griddle I plan on buying and more grease pans and a half griddle and u could even decide on a pizza pan cooker something I was I could do with this grill is fold the side trays down but it's still a awesome grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intimidated when it came time to put this together but the instructions were so pleasantly simple that it was a fun thing to put together. I didn't require any extra tools and I set a timer to see how long it would take to assemble. From start to finish, I took approx 1hr and 20 minutes. Granted, I was in no rush and enjoying the assembly. The smoker feature is really cool and does require you to plug it in so that the fan can run and circulate the smoke. The footprint and size feels standard and I actually thought it was smaller than I had anticipated which is a good thing. Once it was put together, my partner and I were able to move and lift it fairly easily. But it is definitely a 2 person job. When It came to cooking, there's an app that helps you monitor the temperature and there's also a digital display for temperatures by the smoker. Everything worked smoothly and I was able to enjoy some fish and vegetables on the grill (I live in Michigan and only recently did the temperature allow for this to be assembled and used)

We haven't used this grill for cooking yet, but, in the description it says Sam's Club bundle includes a pizza Stone, folding rack and griddle are included and it's not in the box and it doesn't look like it's included because it says on the box that they are sold separately. I would've bought straight from ninja if I had known that those items were not included.

Sounds like an airplane can’t be near it on deck too loud! Can not hear music or conversation waste of money! Glorified convection oven air fryer! Worst design ever! Too loud
