[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty unit that does so much, its amazing! You can grill, roast, and has a spot for pellets that feed into it so its a smoker. You can use as a griddle or even a pizza oven however the griddle and pizza stone are sold separately but still how awesome is that. It will offer information on the screen that is very helpful such as close the lid when it time to heat up the inside, it shows the temperature as its heating and flashs what your temp you set it for. All options are clearly marked on the cooking unit so it easy to use. The instructions to put it together are very good, it also provides a link to a 3-D video which helped a lot. All the parts are lettered and they even include the tools needed. It will take two people to lift it up onto the frame other than that part it took about an hour all together to get it up and running. We are over the top happy with this and can't wait for spring and summer we will use to cook everything. I highly recommend this Ninga Flexflame outdoor cooking system.

I absolutely love this product. I was able to use it at a friend's house and tried to steal it! LOL! truthfully, I would never do that to her but I was very jealous and has been trying to get one of my very own so now that Sam's Club has them I believe this will be my next big purchase. might have just about everything ninja has put out and when the food came out I'm on my fifth one because I used them so much that I blew up the first two. I've never been disappointed by any ninja product and if you're interested in a grill then I suspect this is the place you want to be! it also comes with two griddle inserts which makes life even better. please do your research because I did mine and I decided that this is definitely my next purchase. until then I'm always over at my girlfriend's house bugging her to death and using hers. I hope this helps you make the correct decision for you.

I never received through influenster but I was really good at convincing my family that we needed to get one. It was a fairly easy process to assemble so don’t be intimidated. One of the features I love is the temperature control you get the benefit of cooking like you would if it wan an oven BUT it’s grilled. Yes read that again!! This was pure genius.

Great grill have had it for a couple years N love versatility of it!!! Everything you need all in one, temperature control, smoker, crisper, pizza oven all cooks with consistency !!!

If someone in your life is looking to upgrade from a grill to a grill, a small smoker, a rotisserie, a pizza cooker, you name it…this is the system you are looking for! My husband is obsessed. We just ate the best. Steaks. Of our lives! You could taste the hint of smoke he blew in to assist in their grilling. Chefs. Kiss! He did say smoking ribs in there would take effort and a lot of refilling of the pellets but it’s doable! In regards to set up and assembly, the directions were crystal clear and the bolt holes, everything lined up like a dream (not something my husband is used to in assembling things, especially grill parts!). The grill weighs a lot but is on wheels making it easy to pull in/out of a garage. The quality is just- you can feel it! Of note- outside of propane the grill needs a power source for use of the automatic temperature control, etc, so you might want to pick up an extension cord to go with the grill if you’re bringing it home or gifting it to a loved one. Also, the side tables do not fold down so just be aware of that when planning on storage locations, but whew whee! This grill is truly a backyard dad, grandpa, new homeowners, dream! Looking forward to many summer grill outs on that distant horizon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intimidated when it came time to put this together but the instructions were so pleasantly simple that it was a fun thing to put together. I didn’t require any extra tools and I set a timer to see how long it would take to assemble. From start to finish, I took approx 1hr and 20 minutes. Granted, I was in no rush and enjoying the assembly. The smoker feature is really cool and does require you to plug it in so that the fan can run and circulate the smoke. The footprint and size feels standard and I actually thought it was smaller than I had anticipated which is a good thing. Once it was put together, my partner and I were able to move and lift it fairly easily. But it is definitely a 2 person job. When It came to cooking, there’s an app that helps you monitor the temperature and there’s also a digital display for temperatures by the smoker. Everything worked smoothly and I was able to enjoy some fish and vegetables on the grill (I live in Michigan and only recently did the temperature allow for this to be assembled and used)

When I bought this grill, it was wonderful was met everything all the expectations that I had except that it was covered in stickers that when I took them off, it left behind significant sticker residue that I have not been able to get off in a year. it’s extraordinarily frustrating because my beautiful grill is covered in nasty sticky, residue covered in dirt and other things that now stick to the sticker residue. It’s very disappointing that these were not just basic clings that could easily be removed instead my grill looks like garbage.

Sounds like an airplane can’t be near it on deck too loud! Can not hear music or conversation waste of money! Glorified convection oven air fryer! Worst design ever! Too loud
