[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty unit that does so much, its amazing! You can grill, roast, and has a spot for pellets that feed into it so its a smoker. You can use as a griddle or even a pizza oven however the griddle and pizza stone are sold separately but still how awesome is that. It will offer information on the screen that is very helpful such as close the lid when it time to heat up the inside, it shows the temperature as its heating and flashs what your temp you set it for. All options are clearly marked on the cooking unit so it easy to use. The instructions to put it together are very good, it also provides a link to a 3-D video which helped a lot. All the parts are lettered and they even include the tools needed. It will take two people to lift it up onto the frame other than that part it took about an hour all together to get it up and running. We are over the top happy with this and can't wait for spring and summer we will use to cook everything. I highly recommend this Ninga Flexflame outdoor cooking system.

I absolutely love this product. I was able to use it at a friend's house and tried to steal it! LOL! truthfully, I would never do that to her but I was very jealous and has been trying to get one of my very own so now that Sam's Club has them I believe this will be my next big purchase. might have just about everything ninja has put out and when the food came out I'm on my fifth one because I used them so much that I blew up the first two. I've never been disappointed by any ninja product and if you're interested in a grill then I suspect this is the place you want to be! it also comes with two griddle inserts which makes life even better. please do your research because I did mine and I decided that this is definitely my next purchase. until then I'm always over at my girlfriend's house bugging her to death and using hers. I never received through influenster but I was really good at convincing my family that we needed to get one. It was a fairly easy process to assemble so don’t be intimidated. One of the features I love is the temperature control you get the benefit of cooking like you would if it wan an oven BUT it’s grilled. Yes read that again!! This was pure genius.

Great grill have had it for a couple years N love versatility of it!!! Everything you need all in one, temperature control, smoker, crisper, pizza oven all cooks with consistency !!!

I started to put this bad boy together and we got a huge snow storm so it’s halfway done. The features on this thing are endless! Can’t wait to have friends and family over for a cookout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ninja FlexFlame Outdoor Cooking System for a little bit now and honestly it’s been way easier than I expected. I wanted something that could handle quick weeknight cooking but also still feel like a real grill when we actually want to cook outside and relax. The biggest thing I noticed right away was how evenly it cooks. No chasing hot spots or constantly moving food around trying not to burn one side while the other barely cooks. Steaks came out with a really solid sear, and veggies didn’t turn into charcoal like they usually do when I rush things. Startup is simple — turn it on and you’re cooking. It heats up fast, and once it’s hot it stays consistent. I also like that cleanup isn’t a whole production. After everything cooled down it wiped out pretty easily, which makes me way more likely to actually use it during the week instead of just weekends. Overall it feels sturdy, cooks evenly, and doesn’t require babysitting. If you want something straightforward that still performs like a legit outdoor cooker, this one’s been a solid addition to the backyard.

When I bought this grill, it was wonderful was met everything all the expectations that I had except that it was covered in stickers that when I took them off, it left behind significant sticker residue that I have not been able to get off in a year. it’s extraordinarily frustrating because my beautiful grill is covered in nasty sticky, residue covered in dirt and other things that now stick to the sticker residue. It’s very disappointing that these were not just basic clings that could easily be removed instead my grill looks like garbage.

Sounds like an airplane can’t be near it on deck too loud! Can not hear music or conversation waste of money! Glorified convection oven air fryer! Worst design ever! Too loud
