Like the flavors offered for these, since kids don't usually like liquid cough medicine, they are a touch graniny. Effective for fevers. Wish they were in a children's proof bottle.

This is wonderful for children when they get to the age that they don't want to take the liquid, but can't swallow a pill form. Wash down with some water (or liquid of choice when sick, Gatorade sometimes for me!)
