For some reason I can get my kids to take chewables easier than liquid. These dissolve easily and I just give my kids a glass of water to get it down. Tylenol works well for breaking a fever too.

These are a good tasting for pain/fever reducer for kids that have a difficult time swallowing medication. It works very well and I would recommend this brand for acetaminophen.
