I was recently given this ultra-stylish, dual-function iron and steamer that combines a vintage design with modern functionality. This luxurious iron looks like it came out of a 1950's laundry room, but has the tech of 2025! I love that this device combines both iron and steam functions in one unit. The steam setting is perfect for quickly refreshing clothes. It heats up quickly, and the steam output is strong enough to smooth out wrinkles. The iron function works great, just as expected. Overall, the Salav's Retro Edition Duopress Steamer and Iron delivers on both style and functionality. If you love the look of vintage appliances you certainly need to pick one of these up. It gets the job done and looks great doing it!

This is such a nice iron and steamer, works great and easy to store, comes with a plate to sit it on while ironing, used the steamer on a shirt and it felt like it was done at a dry cleaners. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this iron/steamer! It’s EXTREMELY easy to use… I mean completely fool proof! There isn’t a million settings… just on/off, iron, and steam. There are indicator lights to tell you if you’re in iron mode (blue) or steamer mode (orange). The lights blink when heating up and are solid when ready! Both settings were ready very quickly. I used both settings on a dress shirt and I was very impressed with how efficient it was working! I love how the handle can be moved 180 degrees so it’s more comfortable to handle. I love the retro design and the heat resistant tray that it comes with to rest on. I 100% recommend this iron!

The base for the iron to sit on was great. The iron was heavy to hold up while steaming and was pretty loud as a steamer.

It does get the job done but a little more time because the size. I didn't like the handle and didn't feel too comfortable after to rest on heat resistant plate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I opened the box, I was in love! I know, who gets excited over a clothes iron, right? This iron has a very steampunk esk look to it. I love that it has the steam function. Using that always seems to put a better press to the fabric. You can also use this iron to steam your curtains while they ate still hanging. No more wrinkly curtains! This would also be good for dresses that can't be pressed. Just use tje steam.

Compact in size, solid made, and easy to use with swing around handle, and dual steam iron, love the heatproof base too! That being said this would be good for a college student or someone who does not iron a lot. The iron is about half or less the size of an average iron and there is no heat settings based on material, just on or off.

The color pearl with gold accents is beautiful and the handle can be rotated 180 degrees and can be used as per convenience. I love how portable it is and I got crease free clothes in no time, plus it is a thing of beauty. If you are on the lookout for a new portable iron, I would highly recommend this.
