They're tighter in that area than other brands and for that reason alone, they aren't very comfortable. Maybe they could stretch out over time, but who wants to wait for that? If your seat is a relatively flat, these are for you. If not, maybe go up a size?

The only dislike is the material is thin, comparable to a track pant. Received these during summer, and finally got to wear them on a semi chilly fall day and they’re keeping warm and comfy. The silky fabric feels very luxurious against my skin, and also makes it easy to move around during the night without the pajama bottoms twisting and bunching. They have the convenience of having both an elastic waste-band and drawstrings, which keep them nicely in place on my hips, and also have nice deep pockets to hold my phone and other things when I'm lounging around the house. I really love the simple classic blue flannel design, and I appreciate that the material is breathable so they can keep me warm but not sweaty. Lucky brand has always been my favorite pair of jeans, but now I can say they are also my favorite brand of pajamas!
