I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the chair actually is. Especially for the price. There are definitely better chairs out there, for several hundred dollars more. But for the price you pay for this chair, I think it’s a great deal. Assembly was easy but sliding the two earpieces on were a little tricky. I found that if you lay the chair on its side, the earpiece slid right on. Then flip the chair on the other side, slide that 2nd earpiece on. Once I tried that method, very easy.

Very comfortable chair! I spent months looking for a chair like this and did not pull the trigger because I wasn't sure how the quality would be. However, I'm so glad I got this one! It's quite big and comfortable. The back is only adjustable when the leg rest for the chair is out.

My adorable swivel, rocker, recliner arrived right on time and was very nicely packed. The frame however, is bent or twisted a bit and the chair sits a little funny but the features don't seem to be affected. The faux leather is soft and padding adequate and I'm sure the chair will be used often. It rocks, it swivels and it reclines easily. Thank you. :)

The chair is very attractive. Assembly was straightforward but the two rear side pieces were difficult to attach and I had to remove some screws to get it done. The seat and back are very firm and in the reclining position the back forces you forward and is difficult to keep pushed back.

Received the chair from Sam’s Club and overall it looks great, but there was a slight cut on the inner side of the left armrest when unpacked. The damage is minor, but noticeable on a brand-new item. Other than that, the chair seems comfortable and sturdy. Now I am very worried about its longevity.

Bought this for our nursery. Exceeded our expectations! I gave it a 4/5 solely because my husband had quite a bit of trouble getting the chair arm on one side more than the other. After he put it together we have loved it. It’s comfy, stylish, and perfect for our nursery!

I ordered two of these. The first shipment got lost so I had to call and reorder them. Shipping took over a week, but they arrived. Then the next day the lost chairs showed up. It's been really frustrating dealing with this. I got hung up on twice and spent over an hour on the phone. The chairs themselves aren't very comfortable. They are very deep. Otherwise they are fine. O e does have an indentation that I'm not sure is going to go away.

The chain is comfortable and easy to put together however the back of the chair didn't attach evenly. There's a difference in of roughly amhalf an inch on the left side of the chair.

I really liked the design and overall style of this chair, but the quality was disappointing. When I first sat in it, it felt cheap and flimsy. The back cushion already had an indentation from shipping, which doesn’t inspire confidence in its durability over time. I also noticed some fraying in the stitching. While the material is soft, its not real leather and wouldn't hold up over time.

The chair is comfortable but the arms do not line up and you can see a crack through the seat. It looks really bad. The chair also squeaks while rocking. It's hard to rock the baby to sleep with a loud chair, it's very annoying so I would not buy it again.
