It must upsetting that the scent was too was too light not lasting as long as expected. We understand scent is a very subjective, and we appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. The amount of beads used per load can be adjusted to meet individual choice of the amount of scent desired. Larger loads need more beads than small loads to deliver the desired amount of scent. The less you use, the less scent. The scent beads are added into the washer right with your laundry. The beads will slowly dissolve through the wash and rinse cycle, maximizing the time for the scent to absorb into the fabric. Super high temps and/or super long dry times in tumble dryers may zap some of the perfume, so I would simply suggest using lower heat and shorter dry times if possible.
