Easy to put together and 1000% more study than other brands. I upgraded to this from a Blessreach one that has to have been designed by the dumbest person on earth. This Medline knee walker is so much more smooth to operate and is almost noiseless on floors. Neither could be said about the Blessreach..

This is perfect, its light weight, but very sturdy. I can get in and out of my trunk by myself, love the removable basket, I have tried other brands and they are way to heavy for me to lift.

I think it’s great - very easy to use. The basket is nice for moving stuff from room to room. It’s small enough to fit in the back of an SUV without folding, but you can fold it down for smaller spaces. It arrived a couple days earlier than expected which was great. I had rented this exact knee scooter from a different place (medical supply rentals) for a month before looking this up and ordering from Walmart. Much more cost effective to spend $120 one time than to rent at $60/month.

So much better than crutches. It is light enough that I can pick it up and put in car to use when I am going out to work or anywhere I need to go.

Nothing I disliked about my scooter. Im very happy with my purchase. It even arrived one day early.

Scooter height is adjustable, brakes work great, Tires need to be Larger on the unit. If you hit a Threshold or door sill or the strip between carpet and tile you can wreak the scooter and it could cause additional injury.

Hinged pin for seat support was missing. Had to go to local hardware store and buy one. Other than that....it works fine.

Scooter worked well for about 10 days. Then one of the locking pins on the hand brake popped out. Hand brakes still work but I cannot lock the brakes. Plus the locking ring of the handlebars has become loose. I am afraid that the handlebars will not remain stable.

I ordered this twice, and without explanation, my order was cancelled, twice. Why would they let me put this in my cart and pay for it two times knowing that they were never going to make good on the order or delivery?? And I really needed a device like this to assist with mobility after an ankle injury. Seriously, please do better Sam’s. If the item isn’t available, please add that information to the site, and don’t tease me with an item you know you can’t deliver.
