Purchased the Generac 26K with transfer switch in September 2026 and system is easy to operate and maintain. System is monitored by my service provider and system advises them if there is a problem with system. My Generac runs our house completely if power goes out. We opted for a in ground LP tank which is super nice and keeps yard looking good.

Replaced name-brand, ng, 15kw mobile (shed/outside/stationary) machine w 26kw Generac. Unit was fine; not enough juice to carry both ac units @ same time. Generac resolved all issues: no going outside to start, easily carries full house load, can be run during storm, no periodic inspections during extended run times. Should've done this in the first place! Great machine w perfect financing (18 mo/no interest)!

I bought this product for the peace of mind it provides. It supplies my house and all out buildings and as i am almost 100% electric and on a well for water I felt I needed this kind of protection to be self reliant as opposed to needing help in an emergency situation whatever that situation.

I bought this about five weeks ago and have been so happy with it because we’ve talked about it for years. Within those five weeks I’ve lost power twice one was very short. The second time was a little over four hours and that was an important day for us to have power and my Generac worked perfectly.

Bought 24K and transfer switch one year ago and had it installed by Generac vendor and haven’t hard to use it yet. Everything about works as it should as it test runs every two weeks as it should.

I bought this about a month ago and it work as described. It's a gest peace of mind just knowing the house is protected. Exercises every week as scheduled which is important. Also easy to monitor the unit thru the Mobile link

I purchased this one year ago. It is whole-home capable, completely automatic and easy to monitor with the phone app and the Ecobee thermostat. The generator responds to power loss in seconds. It is very reassuring to know that if our home loses grid power while we are away the app will notify us.

I finished installing generator a mouth ago. Pretty straightforward installation. I had my first outage during a storm last week. Generator started and transferred power within seconds. Very happy with quality and performance of my new generator system.

Upon installing, I generator, it would NOT run more than 5 seconds. It came from the factory with a defective control board, the "brains" of the device. Where is quality control? I found that the device vibrates A LOT during operation. Have you considered using a vibration damp system to reduce the whole unit from shaking itself to death?

Failed to start after instillation during first power outage with zero support from dealer or Generac. Very low expectations, just start when the power goes out. Those were not met. How else would I rate it?
