Its flavor is yummmy and first few k grediwnta are the actual fruit/vegetable. Pouch is easier to squeeze than once upon a farm. Good flavor though no sugar in the Ingredients. Kids like. Mommy like.

I could not open it and had to cut it open to eat which if we were bringing it on the go it would have been a problem. My son didn't really enjoy the taste of this pouch either. I do like the benefits in the pouch but I'm not sure id buy the other flavor to try given the price point.

There was a weird aftertaste that I'm going to assume comes from the fish oil that is listed as one of the ingredients. I don't know what a baby would think about it, but I didn't care for it.

I wish there were more flavors, but my daughter was happy to try carrot blueberry. Considering she won't eat carrots on their own, this was a win!

However, he will consistently eat two fruit pouches at any time of the day. I've noticed that many brands provide little to no nutritional value, but these pouches stand out for their impressive vitamin content, which I haven't seen in other brands we've tried. I'll definitely be keeping these on hand for those days when I'm concerned about his nutrition and want to ensure he's getting more vitamins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is a pretty good supplement fruit pouch for toddler age, although the fish oil would be better replaced with algae oil omega 3 source, and the milk with a plant based fat (because for my household plant based is a preferred choice for health and environmental reasons).
