Its flavor is yummmy and first few k grediwnta are the actual fruit/vegetable. Pouch is easier to squeeze than once upon a farm. Good flavor though no sugar in the Ingredients. Kids like. The idea of the MFGM was not very appetizing for me as an adult. All this said, I think this would be a good introduction to solid food for babies and seems to contains a lot of beneficial ingredients, in theory.
