It heats up quickly and gets wrinkles out without having to go over the same spot a million times. I especially like using it as a steamer when I just need to freshen up a shirt or dress before going out. I also like that I don't need to keep a separate iron and steamer anymore. Definitely something I'll keep using!

The ceramic-coated non-stick plates are easy to switch between with just one click. The quick reheating feature and four settings make it great for tackling wrinkles. I adore the design of the iron, particularly the colors and dimensions that give it a futuristic look. The 8-foot cord is also a significant advantage. The wide ceramic plate covers more ground, making it efficient. This affordable steamer heats up quickly and removes wrinkles. It's very lightweight, it comes with a steam mitten, water refill cup, and a resting pad. The water tank is a good size and allows for multiple garments before running empty. Unlike other steamers, it doesn't spit water I also like the self-cleaning setting and it comes with a one-year warranty. I highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water). I would definitely recommend this laundry helper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I liked about this 2-in-1 iron and steamer was its design. It looks stylish, and the surface is smooth and pleasant to the touch. It is sturdy and feels well-balanced in the hand. The cord is also quite long, at 8.1 feet. The steamer plate is easy to detach with just one press of the button. It heats up very quickly. I use it in the low-steam mode for delicate blouses, dresses, and other thin garments. It hasn't damaged any of my silk clothes. Even on the low-steam setting, it almost instantly removes wrinkles and smooths out the smallest creases. The steamer works well at any angle, even when I don't hold it completely upright. The steam is very fine and almost transparent, with no water droplets. It also comes with a protective mitt, which is quite practical when using it on the high-steam setting. An important thing to remember is to use only distilled water for steaming. The first time I used it, I filled it with filtered drinking water, thinking it was already clean enough. However, I soon noticed a white, powdery residue on my clothes, which showed that the water wasn't purified enough. The ironing plate is quite large. It has a very smooth ceramic coating and glides easily over all my bedding and clothes. Overall, this is a very useful, well-made device. Having both ironing and steaming functions in one appliance is much more convenient than using two separate ones.

It comes with a glove and a cooling mat, which makes it easy to use almost anywhere. It only takes 30 seconds to heat up! It worked great for steaming my curtains and removing wrinkles from my shirts!

Solid product. Sleek and useful. Lightweight. The dry iron feature isn't the most effective, the steam iron works better but does require refilling the water reservoir. Steamer function works great.

As a steamer, it is great. As an iron, it fails miserably. There are no settings and the iron part is not hot enough to iron cotton. It is a huge fail as a combination item, thus making it a very expensive garment steamer. Very disappointed.

I like the concept of the iron. Sam’s Club sent me a used iron. I suspected it when I saw the packaging and confirmed when I saw water in the iron reservoir. I won’t be ordering online anymore. Two stars is for t being used.

It worked well for a few weeks then it started overheating on the handle. Made it nearly impossible to hold even with the glove provided.
