Delicious and flavorful!

A little on the dry side

These cupcakes used to be good. You added 2 Dubai chocolate and everyone who tried these agreed how HORRIBLE they were. I was embarrassed that I brought these to an even. Please offer some without this horrible chocolate.

I don't like the exchange of the Dubai for the cookies and creme. I can't buy this anymore because of my allergies to two ingredients needed for the Dubai. I hope they go back to the cookies and creme, or another variety, instead of the Dubai soon.

Every time I purchase in house bakery sweet items from pickup or delivery they're always old and stale and this was no exception. I had these delivered on the 18th and the process date was the 13th and best by date was the 19th well even I cannot eat 8 giant cupcakes in an day in edition the one I did try to eat when delivered was already stale and horrible. I will never buy baked goods from Sams again however they did refund the purchase price but nothing extra for the inconvenience of having to purchase my deserts somewhere else.

I ordered Gourmet Cupcakes for a wedding reception to pick up at 1:00 pm. When I went to pick them up they had canceled my order at 11:53. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They should not have taken the order if they could not fulfill it. No one was helpful and one of the employees actually rolled her eyes at me. Since these are ordered thru curbside the bakery dismissed my concern. Not sure what other way to order them but your employees were definitely less than helpful. I will surely write a comment on that product to not order it since you are so caviller in order fulfillment.

First, you guys can keep those waxy "chocolate" curls. We scrape them off into the trash before eating. The lemon and strawberry are very good. I can't eat chocolate, so I was very disappointed when you dropped the coconut and even more so when it was replaced it with a second chocolate flavor. C'mon now. If you won't do the coconut, there are so many other options (double vanilla, almond or amaretto, butter pecan, orange, English toffee, coffee, cherry, butterscotch, to name a few) rather than doubling up on chocolate.

Pretty cupcakes but way too sweet for my taste.

These lacked cake! Heaving on icing and filling.

Simply put they were divine. Our guests loved them!
