Good for a birthday

I love chocolate and also the viral Dubai chocolate on it yess it’s the best if you have a sweet tooth.

For me, including the Dubai option in lieu of the Oreo takes my rating from 5 to 3. Please provide the Oreo option at $2.00 less per package like before. The Dubai cupcakes are awful.

Pretty, but dry as a popcorn phart. Too much icing, weird manufactured flavors, threw all away except the chocolate ones which I cut all the frosting off of

First, you guys can keep those waxy "chocolate" curls. We scrape them off into the trash before eating. The lemon and strawberry are very good. I can't eat chocolate, so I was very disappointed when you dropped the coconut and even more so when it was replaced it with a second chocolate flavor. C'mon now. If you won't do the coconut, there are so many other options (double vanilla, almond or amaretto, butter pecan, orange, English toffee, coffee, cherry, butterscotch, to name a few) rather than doubling up on chocolate.

WE've been buying these cupcakes for years and the flavor assortment has evolved with time. The newest version is the Dubai chocolate. The green goo on top is not what I expected. Very thick and pastey with some sort of crisp element I could not identify. Not very appealing. Also please note each store finishes their own product so sometimes they are a little sloppy, especially the chocolate syrup topping.

Not the same as the Gourmet cupcakes previously made by you guys. No more coconut - I realize some people don’t care for coconut but they also accounted for I/4 of the items. Overall none of these newer gourmets can compare to your original recipe. Those were the cupcakes you’d drive any time of day any distance to grab them before they’d fly off the shelves. Makes no sense to me why you would change or alter a product already in high demand. Can you please bring back your original ones. As people we must tackle too many changes as it is. Don’t take it out on our cupcakes. We are a group of customers totally I unfamiliar to one another but we are fierce cupcake lovers and I bet you agree even if you can’t admit it They were WERE the best CCs on the planet. Thank you for at least trying so please continue this quest and bring back that jaw dropping, beautiful arrangement of colorful cupcakes offering at least one favorite for each guest.

Absolutely incredible cupcakes. I brought some to friends who raved about them and could not believe they were from Sam’s. I find Myself day dreaming about them often.

These cupcakes were not worth the money. They used to be good. The chocolate and Dubai chocolate were good but lemon and strawberry were not. I’ve purchased these gourmet cupcakes many times but not anymore

I ordered Gourmet Cupcakes for a wedding reception to pick up at 1:00 pm. When I went to pick them up they had canceled my order at 11:53. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They should not have taken the order if they could not fulfill it. No one was helpful and one of the employees actually rolled her eyes at me. Since these are ordered thru curbside the bakery dismissed my concern. Not sure what other way to order them but your employees were definitely less than helpful. I will surely write a comment on that product to not order it since you are so caviller in order fulfillment.
