[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When initially opening the product, the packaging is secure and comes with helpful user guide. Easy to clean, has multiple cooking settings and cooked my rice perfect the first time I used it!

I have had this product for a few months and it’s been terrible. Every time I start it up the water doesn’t pull into the machine and so it reads error and I have to completely disassemble the product to get it to work every time.
