Living in a small NYC apartment, everything is out in the open, so I want my kitchen pieces to feel like a natural extension of my space. I cook every day, so it’s not enough for cookware to look good — it has to perform. Reserve Pro is exactly that. The cream color with the gold-tone handles fits perfectly with the rest of my apartment, and the performance? Next-level. It’s unbelievably nonstick —nothing sticks, cleanup is a breeze, and I’ve never had to soak a pan. It’s rare to find something this gorgeous and this functional. I couldn’t recommend Reserve Pro more. She’s the real deal!

Great pan for cooking as long as you follow the directions and use only medium low heat. Be very careful the top edge just chipped very easily. I have a brand new set and they’re chipped all around. Additionally, the outside will discolored if you are not very careful about the flame diameter on gas.

Of course, the nonstick is amazingggg — super slick, easy to clean, and I love that it’s PFAS-free. I was so excited to find healthy cookware for my kitchen. I bought multiple green pans. After a year of use they started chipping around the edge and handle attachment. I called William Sonoma, they said call the manufacturer. Green Pan said it’s normal wear and tear to have it flake off in your food but it doesn’t have BPAs in it! I just don’t feel comfortable with serving pan material in my families food.

I love that they can go in the dishwasher and they fell really heavy duty and don’t feel like a cheap pan! I also love the color as well!
