Great pan for cooking as long as you follow the directions and use only medium low heat. Be very careful the top edge just chipped very easily. I have a brand new set and they’re chipped all around. Additionally, the outside will discolored if you are not very careful about the flame diameter on gas.

I did my research and selected the GreenPan Reserve Pro Ceramic 10 Piece Cookware Set. I think I will enjoy the cookware I bought as my initial experience using it has been positive. My disappointment is that I cannot just pick and choose additions to the set I purchased. For example, it comes with an 8" and 10" frying pan, but I want to add a 12". The only way to purchase additions is to buy another set! (I'd have to buy a set of 3 more fry pans, 2 of which will be duplicate of what I have already). I need other additions and now I don't know what to do. This product may, in fact, be good for what I need but I am so disappointed with the purchasing process that I wish I had gone with a different brand.

They are completely non-stick and heat up evenly and quickly. Clean up is a breeze, and the handles are just the right shape and size. I’m very pleased with this item.

I can really see the difference between higher and lower end kitchen items. These are amazing. I made eggs and they did not stick onto the pan it glides easily, they are so pretty to the handle is sturdy and the gold accents are so nice, these seem to be durable and will last me a long time.

All the quality of the other Reserve Pro Ceramics pans I have. I wanted a smaller size for fried eggs or omelets. It's been used almost daily since I received it a few weeks ago. While I love cooking, I find with the pans I don't sigh before washing dishes. In fact, I love how quickly and easily the dishes are done when I use this or my other pans.

I love that they’re nontoxic, truly nonstick, and a great upgrade from traditional Teflon. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a safer, better-performing pan! I’ve only used a couple of times but they have not warped yet. They wash easily and are dishwasher safe making them easy to maintain. The coating is super smooth and doesn’t flake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying I’m very happy with this product. Packaging was decent but not a huge deal for me. The pans themselves are noticeably premium and the non stick is crazy good. The handles are beautiful and the pan itself is sturdy. Having a pan that’s not leeching chemicals in your food is key for me and so is quality/logeveity. This seems to be the perfect product for that. Ceramic pans are usually thinner, cheap handle and the material only lasts less than a year before becoming noticeably worse. I assume this product will last much longer. The ceramic coating itself isn’t that light color with the flakes in it either. It’s all one solid color and everything danced around the pan. Oh and this pan can get real hot before getting damaged which his also crazy for a ceramic pan.
