My son had a great time building this. it was larger than I thought from the picture, which is great! The pokeball can be detached and opened or closed. This one will go on his shelf for display. Really a great gift for a pokemon lover.

First off, I did not buy this because it is a Pokemon set. I bought this for the vivid colors and neat look. The set did not disappoint, and was very fun to build. Highly recommend!

This lego was very fun to build! I think it is worth the money that I spent on it. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone who may be wanting to purchase it. It's really awesome!

Fun build with lots of different colors. Style of building on the base was much more fun than I expected.

This is perfect, growing up Pokemon changed my life. Pikachu is literally perfection in this set I am so happy!

This was an averall amazing build. However, it is not matching the actual pokemon show as pickachu is the only pokemon that doest use a ball. The LEGO designers should watch the show for whatever they are designing first before designing the actual build.

As the world's biggest Pokémon fan, I was ecstatic when I found out that LEGO was releasing a Pokémon line. After building Eevee, I had high expectations for Pikachu. LEGO definitely didn't let me down. Pikachu looks amazing once complete and is extremely detailed. The display stand and lighting bolts add some pizazz to the set. The set does have a decent amount of repetition considering Pikachu is symmetrical. I do wish that you could display it off the display stand. But, overall, I really enjoyed this set. Can't wait to build the big one.

I loved the poke ball letting the Pokémon out and the lightening.
