I'm surprised at how many good reviews these get. I was anticipating a type of lemon curd filling and this is a dry bar with the center looking like it's not done. It doesn't have a true lemon taste, but a lemon rind bitterness instead.

So yummy! If you’re a fan of lemon bars and baked goods, this blend of blonder/lemon bars is just superb! I love it and would def recommend. There are lemon chips in it which was a very pleasant surprise

First off these are not lemon bars they're lemon cake and even then they did not use real lemon it's definitely artificial lemon flavoring. My husband and I both took one bite and threw them out. Don't waste your money.
