Good lemon flavor but extremely dry. Need to blend much more moist

I was giving a free sample for my honest review " I'm on my 3rd bar and I'm convinced that overall these are great, really nice lemon flavor without being strong, the right amount of sweetness to go with black coffe or white milk, the texture is great to melt in your mouth and really enjoy the experience. Overall, I think these are very good if you like lemon pound cake.

I had high hopes for these because I love lemons and typically love blondies. I think the problem is the title. These are not blondies or at like a lemon bar either. They're more like mini lemon cakes. Not terrible but not great. Would have been exceptional with the texture of a blondie though.
