[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great middle of the road monitor if you have a strong gpu currently running it with a 5090 color is great very responsive HDR contrast and brightness compliments 180 hz refresh rate and the curvature is not bad at all.

Really wasn't sure about an ultra wide, most don't support actual 4k, this one does and then some. I'm not a huge heavy gamer, but the colors and response in EA games like F1 and College Football 27 have been great. The added real estate on Excel files helps considerably not having to scroll back and forth. Paris absolutely nicely with an Nvidia 5080.

I am genuinely impressed by this display. Great viewing angles and has replaced my 50 inch tv as well that was behind my monitor on the wall. Don't need it anymore this looks better from many feet away with no distortion at all. Would not believe this was a va panel if I didn't already know it was for s fact. Hdmi can't output 5k2k so im at 1440p 21:9 and it looks amazing for 4k hdr content. Productivity is great, text is sharp, just play with the color settings and reduce brightness for better blacks. Love the curve, thought I wanted 1800 or flat, now I definitely know 1000 is the move, kinda want even more of a curve, it's definitely not that prominent, like it's noticable but somehow distorts in your vision less than a flat screen. Hard to explain or photograph, has to be seen in person. Only getting 60 fps til my usb c to display port adapter comes in over hdmi, could lower resolution for 120 over hdmi, but 60 is fine for now. Just a limitation of hdmi 2.0.

The 4K resolution is razor-sharp, and the 165Hz refresh rate makes every game feel buttery smooth with zero lag, especially in those sticky situations. Immersion on this screen size is insane, and colors really pop!

The pictures brightness is intense and the refresh rate and responsiveness is amazing. The uniformity of the monitor as a whole makes this monitor a great experience. I am above and beyond happy with my Samsung monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 40" Odyssey G7 monitor is absolutely the best monitor I have ever owned. My first curved monitor had a 2000R curvature which after a while I found to be not enough curvature. With a 1000R curvature, the G7 is much improved especially with the amount of document development and review that I have to do. The brightness of the monitor is perfect regardless of whether apps are in light or dark mode. The contrast is also outstanding. This is absolutely the sharpest monitor I have ever seen. Images and text are all precisely shown with no jagged edges anywhere. Because I do mostly office work on my monitor, I have no qualms about the refresh rate and responsiveness of the display. I like to watch videos and movies on this monitor. There is no pixelation or chopped frames on this bad boy. The one drawback I have with this monitor is the heat that it generates which becomes very noticeable at my normal 12" sitting distance from the screen.

But they have come a long way with VA monitors. Overall for what I could afford I don't mind. Wish I could have got a wider one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor in my opinion is amazing its the perfect size not too big and not to small the curve is the perfect amount whereas others the curve is too much and you loose all side viewing where this model has more then veiwing angle. Either PC or Seriex X its perfect.
