This steamer was a huge win on the morning of our wedding ! Our bridal party was steaming away to make everything look absolutely perfect for our big day and looked incredible when it was time for photos and celebrating.

Just used it once. Didn't get stubborn wrinkles out of curtains. But worked good on clothes. Wish was a little log er to be able to more easily do sheets. But after first use pretty pleased. Woolf buy again

I love this steamer and want to love it more. But I can not figure out how to get the alarm to go off after only less than 5 minutes of steaming, full of distilled water but shuts down after warning beeps

So far so good, I like the indicator lights and also the beeping sound to alert the user. I was hoping for it to have a cloth on the steamer and also something that would hold the clothes like a backing (like my rowenta)

I don't know how people live without steamers. I have not ironed in years. I live this model, only wish it had a hook for hangers. It comes with a permanent hanger but I do many clothes at once, so it's easier to steam them on their hanger.

This time I ordered the one with auto shut off for safety. Commercial garment steamer X3 the best steamer I have ever owned compared to previous ones that breaks easily within a couple years.

I have bought this product 2 years ago and have been absolutely loving it. Works amazingly well. Customer service is excellent if you have to troubleshoot any issue

It seems to work well enough for the price point. I'm used to my old stand up having a bit more steam coming out but these holes look larger so maybe it's the same? Time will tell.

I appreciate many of this steamer's features: foot pedal, automatic shut off, signal to refill water and overall sturdiness. This steamer does disappoint.

Fast, efficient steamer with a bonus feature - the head has a clamping feature that make crisp creases. I use it for shirt sleeve creases and plackets. It looks like I ironed!
