We would love to avoid having to use the foam on hand so that the garment doesn't get wrinkled. We're a bit concerned about the power. We feel like the garment still ends up just as wrinkled.

I called in minutes they took care of me great company amazing product we own over three units of x3 very great company and amazing customer service thanks again

It's a decent steamer, although did not get all the wrinkles out as expected. I still believe my portable steamer is stronger and gets wrinkles out faster.

I needed this steamer because my husband has to wear a suit just about every day and this is going to get a workout. So far, excellent product. Wrinkles just fall out. Definitely recommend.

Steamed 2 full racks of clothing that had been packed in vacuum sealed bags for moving and it worked great with full steam and no dripping, leaking or loss of steam. I have more bags to do and this will make the job much easier

Easy to use does a great job. Beware of the beep when first loading/running it. Is a little wobbly but heats quickly and tank is easy to fill and lasts awhile.

So easy to assemble. No instructions needed even though provided Heats up super fast Easy to fill water tank which is large Love the collapsing and the wheels and it's super light weight Just wish the steam was a little bit stronger

We used the steamer today. I started with curtains and finished with my sofa. These items look and smell like new! My only issue is that my draperies are very high and I can't reach the tops because of the hose. Otherwise, everything went well.

I will deny this… but I almost enjoyed this gizmo! I had 17 white shirts to steam. Even creases on the sleeves. Sprayed some Niagara starch. Watched a movie. Not bad not bad. Glad for the purchase

I bought this new commercial grade steamer XL. It holds 3 L of water and is a very powerful steamer. I was getting tired of the handheld kind where you have to constantly refill the water after each use. This will save me time as I do steam clothes on a daily basis. Love it.
