Great product works exceptionally well. The only problem I had the brush falls off and doesn’t stay on the steamer head. Otherwise it’s pretty good steamer.

Wonderful steamer works amazing and has wonderful clip to help hold pants! I love using this steamer. It holds a great amount of water and when I broke the water tank they were great at getting me a new one in a timely manner.

Very happy with purchase of the True & Tidy garment steamer. Very easy to put together and a lot of power. I especially like the three different levels available for steam.

Right off the bat it is much larger than expected and works pretty well. My only comment is that coming out of the box it smelled and had to be aired out.

This is a sturdy steamer I was unable to connect the pants clip piece easily and it does not function well to hold the clothing. Need more practice steaming as it did not take all wrinkles out and ran out of water after two items

It took a bit of time to get started once I got the hang of it. No more wrinkle shirt sleeves, jackets ,pants makes everything much better I’m glad I made the investment

If you are looking for an easy way to remove the wrinkles from your clothes- this is the one! Fast and the handle is not heavy at all. Highly recommend it!!

Just opened the package and wanted to activate my warranty. So far seems sturdy and easy to put together. 4 stars just because I haven’t used it yet to really know how it works.

Bought this to steam a silk and chiffon wedding dress for my daughter. It definitely provides commercial level off steam. Took out all the wrinkles. Very happy with this product
