It is a good source of protein and a great alternative to regular potato chips. I sit in an office setting and snacking on things is a habit sometimes. I would consider these my next shopping trip. I will be sharing these with my parents as they love pork rinds.

The bits of flavoring is scattered on the chip and sometimes is really bland at times where there is no flavor. The crisps are very crunchy to not be fried. I do like that the are non-gmo.

The flavor is ok the chips themselves are pretty dry and beg to be chased with a drink.

I have tried other products from this brand and liked them, but I was not impressed with these crisps. The flavor was lacking. I didn't get a sour cream and onion flavor at all. The texture is almost like a pork rind but kind of chewy, just not very good. No one else in my household liked them either. I was also disappointed that the whole bag was crushed.
