Easy to set up. Great phone app to program when to start making ice before you get home from work and when to turn off. Perfect ice nuggets that are chewable. Makes a lot of ice in a short amount of time. Kept up with our party of 25 people. Are family all enjoys this ice machine. Fits perfectly on a standard depth countertop and under the upper wall cabinets as long as you have a min of 17"of height space. Matches our Black Stainless appliances very nice.

Just arrived and after cleaning thoroughly, began making ice in a flash! Fun to watch while the quiet running machine creates nice small opals of ice. Easy to operate, ice tastes great, crunchy too. One very small issue, the ice is VERY wet and if you plan on making a lot to store in freezer for a party, empty the container and freeze the ice flat so it beaks up easily or you will have a hard block of ice that is difficult to break apart once frozen. Any suggestions to prevent this are welcome!

We love our ice maker. I debated this purchase due to the price for months…maybe even a year. I saved up and am not at all disappointed with my purchase. Helps me Drink more water also saves me from having to use our ice maker in my fridge that gets stuck all the time.

I love everything about my ice machine! Best ice ever. Not loud. Doesn't take up too much space. Is super fast at making ice. Took my drinks to the next level. Only bummer is when I got it- it had a dent/huge bulge on the bottom right side of the machine. Probably someone was rough with it in shipping which is a bummer when you spend that kind of money on a machine. But the machine works well and the dent seems to be purely cosmetic which is a relief. I did have massive issues with amazons shipping also. It was a nightmare getting this machine!

Purchased this for our home (family of 7) and we have used it 9 months with no issues! Highly recommend this ice maker if you are looking to purchase one for your home. Easy to follow maintenance steps and overall great ice maker! Delish nugget ice!!!

I bought this for my wife as a Mother's Day gift. She loves it and we love it. The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is due to the water level issues with the side tank. On multiple occasions the unit runs out of water and will not pull water from the side tank. I've been experimenting with different things to figure it out but this has been the only negative part so far.

Great ice maker. Wonderful nugget ice anytime I want it. A little noises than I'd like, but the benefit of ice is worth it. Gone are tgd days of ice trays for us. I have the reservoir which is a must in my opinion. Only negative I'd say is noise and water drippings every time I open to get ice…..but we'll worth it.

This ice maker is a game changer! Our built in freezer on our fridge is the worst, so we got this to supplement, and we love it so much! Nugget ice is our favorite, and these ice cubes are small but not too small. One of the the best things about this ice maker is the water tank, so it's always easy to see the water level.

I have always loved the “nugget” ice. I eat a lot of ice that I was buying by the bag from a popular fast food restaurant. I wanted a machine of my own. I bought it for myself for Christmas. I didnt know it s we Lund be so popular with everyone else though!! I highly recommend buying the ice maker with the side tank or you will be constantly having to fill the main reservoir under the ice bucket. I'm very happy with my purchase, but hope it lasts for many years.

We will never be able to be satisfied with ice cubes ever again, now that we've used our GE opal ice maker! We absolutely love it! We go through about three buckets a day. It makes ice so quickly, it is the perfect kind of ice;; not to melty not to frozen. It also is incredibly easy to clean and maintain! Super glad we invested in this appliance for our family. Even our friends will ask for a tall glass of ice water when they come over for a movie nights.
