This ice maker was very easy to set up, made the first batch of ice sooner than the stated 20 minutes, and the good ice is awesome!!!

Chewable ice at home! Works perfectly as advertised. I could not be happier with the quality of this product.

I love the chunklet ice it makes but it keeps loosing prime of the water and stops producing ice. The happens when the water tank is below 1/2 full.
