This is a great product. The nugget ice is exactly what I wanted and the amount of ice produced can keep up with any party.

My family goes through so much ice. Now the fact that we can have an abundance without having to go buy ice is amazing.

Only downside is the noise. It is very loud but I love it! Having it on my phone is such a convince.

My girlfriend loves the ice from Sonic, and this machine makes the same ice. It is fast and quiet, it works very well.

It works very well and nice but lately has been making very loud screeching noises. I'm not sure what to do.

I love the chunklet ice it makes but it keeps loosing prime of the water and stops producing ice. The happens when the water tank is below 1/2 full.

We love the crushed ice we get out of this. Not a day goes by that we don't use it. Friends even stop by to get some.

Worked great until the loud screeching noises it was making. Did a deep clean and work for about a week and the noise was back.
