My husband and I love this ice maker ! Unfortunately ours started screaming and screeching I contacted support and they never got back to me.

My new ice maker has exceeded my expectations, thought that the price was a little high but after using it I think it was Worth the price.

The ice maker worked for 2 weeks and started to make noises. The warranty thinks by ignoring my, I will go away.

We love our new ice maker! It creates the best nugget ice. It's fairly quiet and produces ice pretty fast. Overall we're very happy with it!

We got this ice maker and it wasn't cheap, it worked fine for a while then stopped working, and I did the cleaning as recommended.

Support is basically a joke. They are very nice, but seem unable/ unwilling to even trouble shoot the device.

A family had this same machine and I was always stealing ice from their house. Now I have my own and feel like I'm even drinking more ice water now! Lol

Terrific purchase, was not happy about the price but it definitely delivers great ice especially in our high heat city. My Husband loves to chew the ice so he is quite happy.
