This is a great ice machine! The reservoir is a great addition and keeps ice available. I can't think of any particular problem at all so far.

We have been wanting this for awhile. The ice that everyone loves. Works great and has a great class about it.

I like having the side tank with the stand. Flush buttons are nice. This is a lot quieter than my first Opal.
