We really love this ice maker. It consistently creates ice and is very easy to use. I decided not to use the optional filter but I only use distilled water.

Product is easy to set up, makes ice very quickly and has ample storage. Definitely get the side tank option for ease of filling. Drip tray comes in very handy so plan the right amount of space in front.

I like the ice maker but am having an issue with a squeaking noise contacted customer service and followed their procedures and suppose to be sending me a replacement we will see how the second one preforms when I get it in?

We used to go buy the nugget ice at a local tea shop daily. Buying this ice maker has paid for itself already. Great quality! Definitely make sure you have the counter room to accommodate, just FYI.

We love the ice maker and the little nuggets that it makes. However, we wish it would do a better job of keeping the ice frozen so it's not having to make more ice as frequently.

The Opal is a great appliance! I bought it in lieu of purchasing a refrigerator with ice maker. My family and I use it everyday and cleaning is easy. I highly recommend this ice maker!

The best ice maker! I’ve had others in the past that were so slow making ice. This is so fast. We are a family of 6 and we have not run out of ice yet.

I’d love to see it compatible with a water line. Keeping the tank full is not a huge deal but it would be more convenient. I’d like to see an easier way to drain it

Everything works as it should, never seems to get too dirty and makes cleanups and sanitization easy. Nothing has gone wrong yet and works almost all day for the last few months. Overall great product that has been very consistent.

Love this machine so far. It makes a lot of ice quickly. I left the ice in the machine overnight and it was fine the next day. I wanted to see if it would melt or not. Love it so far!
