It is a great machine. It is always full of ice. It is quiet and has been running smoothly since starting it. The set up was easy. We have yet to clean it, so can't speak on that process yet. The ice taste great.

My husband surprised me with this for my birthday, I was so excited! I have been asking for one for years. I love the little nugget ice. I have been eating ice none stop. I love this machine. Only complaint is the app it doesn’t really control it

Something wrong with first one the second one love it the whole family now gets ice only from this machine, I love the ice low to chew the ice, this machine makes it fast

We love the amount of ice it makes, it easily keeps up with our use. I am an ice chewer and it drives my husband nuts, this ice is perfect consistency and he does not hear me chewing! We love it.

This immediately started making ice and is whisper quiet. I enjoy having it connected to an app that I can set a schedule so it's ready for iced coffee in the morning. Easy to set up too!

This is the second one of these ice makers I’ve purchased This one by far is extremely noisy the side panels rattle and the pump is so much louder Did we get a lemon this time?

It’s a great ice machine and has the best crunchy ice and overall has great quality. It’s does make some loud sounds while making ice but it’s not overly loud .

Pro: You have an acceptable amount of ice minutes. It’s really great, and the perfect size. Con: Sometimes the side tank has plenty of water and it says “Add water”. You just open the ice drawer and close it and it’ll start again.

Excellent quality machine. Makes that "good ice" that everyone loves and it sits perfectly on our countertop. Keeps up with our fairly high demand and is easy to maintain.

Could be better all the features don’t work well it will stop making ice when it supposed to but will not restart unless you restart it have never seen a defrost mode
