While on vacation we were staying with my son who also has this FANTASTIC Ice Machine. My wife and I fell in love with it, and ordered one upon our return home. It is a fantastic addition to our home.

I bought this machine for my wife who loves munching on ice. She keeps a cup close by all day long. Some reviewers were commenting on the noise the machine makes but it’s not loud at all, especially if you make sure the water tank is full.

Love this ice maker! I’ve been waiting ine for a while and I’m glad I got it despite the cost. Love having sonic ice at home and love that I can fill the side container with water and not have complicated plumbing.

We’ve had this ice maker for a month now & absolutely love it! Super easy to set up. I love the convenience of controlling it through the app & being alerted when it’s time to add water or descale. Definitely recommend the Opal 2.0!

Worked great and I loved it…for a few months. Then it started making steeply loud grinding noise and won’t drop ice. I thawed it and cleaned it and started it again after a few days and it wouldn’t make any ice.

The machine produces ice quickly and the right consistency to be able to chew the ice without hurting teeth. Our children use the machine every day when filling up their water bottles for school.

I was so excited to get our new opal ice machine, right before the holidays. Well, it was great for one day. The second day it started screeching so had to be returned.

This ice maker is totally chill. I have to stay on top of my kids as they are constantly digging in the ice tray for a quick cool refresher. We are very pleased with this machine.

Yes, it makes a slight bit of noise. Nothing I can hear over my 15 mo old, for sure. This baby makes the good good ice, though. Spend less at Sonic, get yo’self one!

We don’t know how we lived without this! It works perfectly and all four of us in our family use it daily. Love how it replaces the ice as soon as any is used. Definitely recommend the side tank…wouldn’t want to go without it.
