So far this ice maker is perfect. The ice is exactly how I expected it to be. Easy to set up and clean and fits just right on my counter. Very excited for this product.

We have had half a dozen different counter type ice machines over the years and have wanted a nugget maker. This machine did not disappoint. Quiet, efficient, always have great ice, WiFi connected and scheduling ability. Amazing machine

This ice maker has been amazing so far! Perfect ice nuggets that are great for munching. Anyone that loves to crunch ice needs this in their life! It is definitely a game changer!

We really enjoy this ice maker a lot!! The only con I have is that it really goes through the distilled water quickly even if we're not using it because the ice melts slowly in the machine.

I've really enjoyed the Opal over the last few months. I've essentially had zero issues with the product, it's been making great ice and makes the ice pretty quick, and overall would recommend it to anyone looking for a pebble ice maker.

I was a little hesitant on pulling the trigger over the price, they are expensive. I am so glad that I did, the whole family loves using this ice maker.

First issue was buying a Samsung refrigerator with a built in ice maker. It got old maintaining it. So I turned it off and had great justification to buy the Opal.

We decided to get this for our bar and couldn't be happier. The ice stays cold and for a longer period than “normal” ice. Compact and easy to setup, it first perfectly in our bar.

I have only had my ice maker for a couple weeks, but so far so good. Everyone in the house is frequently getting ice and enjoying the ease of filling up their glass
