We use this machine on the daily. We have a ton of allergies in our home so we cannot use city provided water systems so the side tank comes in handy. I would recommend this to anyone.

We had an issue with the first machine we received but GE was very quick to send us a replacement. We have had zero issues with the new product. We are enjoying our abundance of crunchy ice.

Nugget ice maker has been a great addition to my kitchen. Produces a great amount of ice. As soon as you remove some ice, it begins making more. Recently downloaded the app where I can control the ice maker while away. Love it!

I absolutely love my ice maker! I use this ice to keep all my drinks cold. It’s great if you like to chew ice also. It’s quite and doesn’t put off much heat like anticipated. It is also beautiful sitting on my counter!

Instructions were clear to put together. Makes great ice. We live in 100 degree weather so the ice maker is used all the time. Does say it needs cleaned weekly which seems like a lot.?

We have loved our new Opal Ice maker. The size of ice is perfect! It is quick to make ice. We find ourselves using it over the ice from our refrigerator. Easy to maintain too!

Great product, well designed and takes up very little space. It’s very quiet when making ice and easy to set up. I haven’t been back to Sonic since purchasing the Opal 2.0 with side tank. Side tank is a must!!!! Bruce G.

The look is nice, and the ice is great. Only problem is when operating, has a very loud humming noise, and every once in a while it lets out a very loud, flatulence sound that you can hear clearly across the entire house.

Wonderful, chewable soft ice ever. The ice from our ice maker in the refrigerator use to cut my mouth. So my children bought me this for my birthday. Best gift EVER. Works great no complaints.
