The ice maker stopped making ice about 10 days after I purchased. I returned to the retail store for a new one. So far, so good. This one seems to be working properly.

I love my ice maker, just sad that I've had it for 16 months and now it won't work. The water is full, but keeps saying add water on both making ice and cleaning.

I would like to have had the side container hold 1 gallon of water and have the price a little less expensive. Other than that, It is a very nice counter-top ice maker and the extra water container is a nice add-on.

We love our ice maker, the only issue we have had is the noise it was making that did get loud at times but I took the back panel off and greased the motor and no sound issues, very convenient to have "the good ice" ready for a cold drink.

I got this ice maker because my wife and kids love nugget Ice. The machine makes ice quickly. Having a side water container is also a plus. I would highly recommend this ice maker.
