Quite machine and makes the good sonic ice, easy to set up would buy with side tank allows you to do things and not worry about having to fill up the water or take ice tray out

My partner is an ice fanatic! He saw this ice maker, we bought it the next week and he has been so pleased. And, as the one that takes care of it, it's easy too!

So far so good, making the ice we love. Our opal 1 quit working after 14 months so we decided to upgrade to this one and bought extended warranty just in case.

I’ve had this machine for 1 year and a half and I loved it so much up until recently it begun to give me problems! When making ice it makes a horrible screech noise and I’ve tried everything to fix it and it still won’t work. I’m so sad about this!

Love that the is ALWAYS available and FRESH. Some people underestimate fresh ice. No more trips to our local Buc-ee’s buying cups of ice to store for a couple days use. Absolutely one of our best purchases and time savers.

Love - love- love! I was one of the initial owners of the Opal when they first came out! Preorder! This baby is quieter- faster- and I can’t imagine life without an Opal. Soft ice- easy set up - minimal space used on counter.

Stopped working after 6months of use....constantly requested a warranty swap and now outside of warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE. Amazing when it worked for 6months and ever since been a huge pile of junk after constant calls

Love it! Everyone always takes a cup to go (hah), but seriously it's so nice to have the "good" ice at home. It's pretty quiet and works super fast. So far so good and no complaints. It's straight forward to clean and as of now, no complaints.

Makes great “sonic ice”. Wife and I love it. Little noisy but not to bad. I turn it off about 7:30pm and still have some ice left when I wake up at 5:45
