I did have a problem using the side reservoir it would not work correctly, I removed the filter that I installed and it started working perfectly. It has been used 24/7 . I love it

We love the ice. It isn’t as noisy as I had read in other reviews. It takes about 10-15 minutes before you get much ice out. The smaller ice fits in those tiny water bottle openings.

Best appliance in our house WHEN ITS WORKING. We are on our 3rd!!! We follow the rules. We clean it. We use only osmosis filtered water, and it still doesn’t work. First one lasted almost a year. Then the next two aren’t lasting a month.

Runs smoothly. Occasionally you’ll hear some noise but not often. Definitely purchase the extra side water unit, makes filling the unit so much easier. Fits nicely on a countertop. Profile is low enough to sit under cabinets
