This is a great ice maker. I have had two. They need to be clean and must be used with filtered water. I live far from a convenience store so it comes in handy. The ice is bite size.

Our whole family enjoys our ice maker, we can’t remember what is way like before our Opal! It is quiet and it is easy to refill the water tank. Pellet ice is the best!

We could not love this ice machine more! It makes the perfect nuggets of ice for any type of drink! I hope in the next model they make a holder for the ice scoop - but otherwise a perfect product!

I had the very first Opal Ice machine, this one has little tweaks to the design that make it more functional and practical. I do wish it was slightly shorter so that it fit under a standard cabinet.

This is a fantastic ice maker! My daily life is better with this device in my life. I wish I had known about the intense maintenance involved before buying, but all in all a great product. The additional side tank is key.

GREAT ICE & Made quick! We love the new icemaker and the GE app that controls it. We have set it up to run 3 hours in the am and 3 hours in the afternoon for evening use. Refill the tank every other day. LOVE IT

This was gift when asked for a nugget ice maker. Every single thing about ice maker simple to intall fits on counter space. Cannot live without it now.

I love it. Simple to use and set up. We have on our cabinet. It doesn’t take a lot of space. I’m still learning so I’ll try to update if I have issues

We love our new ice maker with the exception of the loud noise it produces when its making ice. When I touch the back of the unit it stops rattling so loudly. We love the ice it produces overall, just hate the loud noise.
