I was looking for a nugget ice maker and Opal is the best for that. Very easy to operate and with the extra tank you have ice all day. Highly recommended for a medium house.

Best appliance in our house WHEN ITS WORKING. We are on our 3rd!!! We follow the rules. We clean it. We use only osmosis filtered water, and it still doesn’t work. First one lasted almost a year. Then the next two aren’t lasting a month.

Instant nugget ice at the touch of a button. My Wife and kids love it especially my 4 year old because it's so small i don't have to break it in pieces

Great ice maker so far… This is one of the few ice makers that makes chewable ice like how they have at the hospitals. No complaints yet. Hopefully this machine last a while.

Ice is good. The app is pityful requiring you to give up all kinds of personal information just to set a schedule. Why in the world does GE need to know my location? Oh yeah, marketing.... Wouldn't recommend just for this.

This machine made me so happy until it didn’t. Makes beautiful ice nuggets. Frequently having to clean water pouring from the machine makes it a bust….

Stopped working after 6months of use....constantly requested a warranty swap and now outside of warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE. Amazing when it worked for 6months and ever since been a huge pile of junk after constant calls

I know the price is very high but you have to consider the ice machine is so good. It makes a lot of ice within one hour. The ice is always fresh and clean. And it looks so beautiful on a countertop, mini fridge, etc.

The ice is great for chewing. My five year old even gets a bowl of it for snacks. Only downside is it a little loud but set a run time program and there should not be a issue.
