If you've gone through that full process and still see the light, we recommend disconnecting the Opal from power for three to four hours before reconnecting, to reset it. During normal operation, condensation forms on the bottom surface of the ice bin. This water will sometimes collect and drip down the lower front surfaces of the ice maker. The drip tray below the surface is designed to help collect this water.
