I bought the generator a couple of months ago to prepare for any power outage and haven't had to use it yet. It's great knowing we are prepared for an issue that WILL occur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This is an awesome generator! I love that it has wheels, this adds a lot of portability. I also love that you can power it with gasoline or propane, which is super versatile. It provides a lot of power, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The photo shows it on its side because the wheels were being put on. However the wheels make it much easier to move around and the handle is even a better touch. The noise is not as loud as some I have heard and it was easy to start with the pull start. We plan to connect it to the house so it will run a few major appliances like the deep freezer and fridge.

Very heavy ( I think it's more than 230 lbs). It has tires that need to be installed so it can be moved. The noise is not as loud as I was expecting. Has a lot of power. Runs on gasoline, propane and natural gas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own a cabin in North Carolina that was affected by hurricane Helene. Our power has gone out multiple times since and the Generac GP9500E Tri Fuel Generator is my new go-to source of confidence. What I appreciate most about this generator is its versatility. It can run on gas, propane, or natural gas, providing great flexibility when fuel options are limited. The maintenance process is straightforward, thanks to clear instructions, and LOVE the electric start. It makes it a breeze to operate. The COsense® safety feature adds an extra layer of peace of mind, knowing that it's equipped with advanced carbon monoxide detection. And with its 7.5-gallon fuel tank, this generator can provide over 10 hours of runtime at a moderate load. In conclusion, the Generac GP9500E Tri Fuel Generator is a wise investment for any household. With its impressive 12,500 starting watts and 9,500 running watts (when fueled by gas), it's more than powerful enough to keep our home running smoothly during an outage. Considering its size, the noise level is surprisingly reasonable and doesn't disrupt our daily lives. I'm incredibly grateful for this reliable and versatile generator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful generator! It is very durable and a medium size, so you can move it around if needed. Easy to use and hook up to your appliances. There is some noise but half of the noise of my neighbors generator. This is a must buy!

Originally purchased unit from a general distributor. The product did not work as it should. Spent months trying to get that resolved. The process was gruesome and useless. Finally after months & hours of my time a resolution was determined to replace the unit with a new one. This unit appears to perform as advertised and expected. So long story short, replacement made but after months of aggravation. Not what I ever bargained for.

Out of 29 reviews, 28 rated this generator 5 stars, 25 of these were reviews as part of a promotion and NONE were verified purchases! One was from someone that actually hadn't even used it yet. I wanted to buy a new generator but I don't buy products with misleading advertisements!
